Customer Feedback Survey From 20th April Auction

Last Sunday's feedback from customers was again positive with 71% saying they would attend another auction.  The remainder said they might.  Not a single person said they would not.  We're naturally pleased with this feedback.  The comments we receive have shown strongly that customers like the friendly atmosphere and the general fun we try to have at each auction.  Not surprisingly they also like bargains!

68% of customers said they would recommend us. 32% said maybe meaning that again no-one said they would not.  We're grateful and flattered by this very positive feedback.

79% rated their experience at 7 or greater, using a scale of 1 to 10. 19% rated their experience 5 or 6. 3 customers rated their experience as a disappointing 1 and we're looking into why because we are never happy if we find any customer has not had a positive experience.

This coming week's auction will see us yet again asking customers for frank and honest feedback about their experience at the auction.  After this week's auction we'll have four weeks of feedback to review so do check back and see what customers have told us over the last four weeks.

If you decide to attend this week's auction do keep an eye open for members of our team who are carrying hand held tablets.  Grab one and give us your feedback!

Take care

Coopers Fine Art Auctions Customer Feedback Survey from Sunday 20th April @ The Cumberland Hotel Auction

71% of visitors said they would come back.  29% said maybe, not one person surveyed said they would not attend a future Coopers Auction.

90% of visitors rated their experience at 6 or higher, with 25% rating the auction at 9-10.

68% of visitors who completed the survey said they would recommend Coopers.  32% said maybe and no-one said they wouldn't.

One of the most interesting facts is that for 82% of attendees surveyed this was their first experience of going to an auction, and as a team Coopers Fine Art Auctions do our very best to ensure everyone who attends has a positive experience. Some of the feedback we have been receiving so far is fantastic, with Alan Cooper the owner and auctioneer receiving some great comments regarding his welcoming and entertaining approach.

The surveys we've completed over the last month show that all visitors have had a enjoyable time when they visit a Coopers Fine Art Auction and any feedback we receive can only help us a team further improve the auction experience for anyone in attendance.

Check back next Tuesday for this weeks feedback update from this weeks auction on Sunday 27th April @ The Marriott Hotel Regents Park, 128 King Henrys Road, London, NW3 3ST.

Take care,
Coopers Auction Team

Customer Feedback Surveys

Great Feedback To Date

If you have visited one of our auctions recently you may well have been asked for feedback on  how we're doing.  We are asking for feedback by way of a short survey managed for us by Isee International http://iseeinternational.com

The surveys will be an ongoing feature of our auctions and so far we have captured some really great feedback.  My thanks to you if you were kind enough to complete a survey.

The headlines from our first survey are that 55% of auction visitors who were invited to complete a survey did.  In total 125 visitors complete the survey.  We are really pleased with this because this sample means the feedback is rock solid.

65% of visitors said they would come back.  This is brilliant.  Only 1% said they would not.

87% of visitors rated their experience at 6 or higher.

What we're really pleased about is that 75% of visitors who completed the survey said they would recommend Coopers.  25% said maybe and no-one said they wouldn't.

As a team our aim is to ensure everyone that attends one of our auctions has a positive experience.  The surveys we've completed so far indicate that almost all visitors do have a good time but we will be continuing to run the weekly surveys because we're keen to ensure we consistently deliver a good experience and good service.

Keep checking in because we will be providing a weekly update each Tuesday on the latest survey findings.

Take care,
Coopers Auction Team
